Balsamic Vinegars

Apricot

Use as a glaze on grilled chicken or pork… and also for seafood. Drizzle over grilled veggies. Or try adding to our Herbs de Provence EVOO to soften the herbal tones and lighten with sweet fruit.

Blackberry Ginger

Sweet blackberry flavor combined with a hint of spicy, sweet ginger. Delicious on fruit or as a salad dressing, but also perfect as a sauce for roast pork or chicken.

Caramelized Onions

Toss into cold pasta with chopped tomatoes and charcuterie with Parmesan cheese, or roasted root vegetables with some fresh basil. Perfect pairing with Rosemary EVOO.

Fig

This rich, dark balsamic vinegar has a full fig flavor. Outstanding as a marinade, salad dressings or making a reduction glaze.

Lavender

A member of the mint family, lavender can be described as herbaceous, earthy and floral. Perfect pairing with our Herbs de Provence EVOO.

Mango

Sweet and fruity, great on a salad, fresh fruit, a marinade for meats and poultry or a topping for your favorite ice cream.

Pear

Delicious on salads, fresh fruit, ice cream, a variety of meats or use with a mild oil for a salad dressing or dip.

Spicy Mole

Combination of chili powder and mole spices (coffee, cinnamon, chilis, nuts and chocolate). Not “hot” spicy but “flavor” spicy. Delicious on chicken, pork or beef. Pair with citrus EVOO or Roasted Garlic EVOO.

Strawberry Walnut

With a pleasant strawberry walnut aroma and unique flavor, it is perfect for vinaigrettes and sauces.

Traditional

Use it as a drizzle on aged cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit or as a dessert sauce for ice cream and berries. Makes a great marinade or a finish on salmon.

White Balsamic

Perfect balance between sweet and tart, hints of peaches and apricots. Awesome on salads or drizzle on fish before baking or broiling.

Black Truffle/Garlic EVOO

Blood Orange

Great on salads especially when paired with our Traditional Balsamics. Great to sauté salmon or scallop, in baked goods, or a new twist to Asian cooking.

Butter

Replace your butter with this heart healthy olive oil. Great for sautéing vegetables, shrimp scampi and try it on popcorn!

Chilean Arbequina

This oil is sourced from Chile and exhibits a buttery, fruity aroma with smooth mild flavor and a pleasant bitter sensation on the tongue.

Chipotle

Hot with a nice forward flavor before the heat kicks in. Great on chicken, fish, veggies or rice. Try in sauces, soups and stews or mix with our Mango balsamic for a dynamite dressing.

Greek Kalamata

This extra virgin olive oil has a medium to robust profile and finishes with a mild black pepper kick. Full flavored and earthy.

Harissa

A combination of smoked chili peppers, garlic, caraway, coriander and cumin deliver an unforgettable classic Moroccan flavor. Add to hummus, couscous, soups, lamb or poultry dishes.

Herbs de Provence

Enjoy the flavors of the French countryside… a blend of rosemary, savory, marjoram, thyme and lavender. Great finish for grilled meats, vegetables, sautéed with baked fish, or dipping fresh bread.

House

A blend of three fantastic extra virgin oils: Coratina, Picual and Spanish Castile. Huge flavor for bread dipping or wonderful base for salad dressings.

Italian Herb

Vibrant herb flavor great for dipping, sautéing or a finishing oil. Great on grilled meats, pasta with blue cheese, roasted potatoes, vegetables, served with bread or drizzled on popcorn.

Jalapeno

Meyer Lemon
