Cherry

Sweet and tart cherry is perfect for vinaigrettes, pork and duck. Also, great on ice cream or drizzled over a brownie. Yummy!

Chocolate Raspberry

This rich and dark balsamic combines the sweet dark flavors of chocolate with the tart zing of fresh raspberries. Great over ice cream.

Espresso

With the essence of dark roasted coffee, this balsamic is excellent as a steak marinade, a over fruit.

Fig

This rich, dark balsamic vinegar has a full fig flavor. Outstanding as a marinade, salad dressings or making a reduction glaze.

Italian Herb

Vibrant herb flavor great drizzled over tomatoes, bruschetta, vegetables or meats. You can also use as a glaze or marinade. Pair with our Meyer Lemon Olive Oil for an outstanding vinaigrette.
