Bavarian Roasted Potatoes
Roasted Potatoes are the perfect compliment for most meals, and Spice It Up! Bavarian Seasoning makes it so easy to do right. A blend of rosemary, garlic, sage, thyme, bay leaf, mint and brown mustard seed, the Bavarian Seasoning works its magic on golden roasted potatoes. The best part-Spice It Up! Bavarian Seasoning is salt free and delicious without the added sodium! Those of us living on the edge can add a dash of our own, but it is honestly unnecessary. This mix brings out the earthy goodness of the potatoes all on its own.

- 1 1/2 lbs potatoes cut into approximately 1 inch chunks
- 2 tbsp Spice It Up! Bavarian Seasoning
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt optional

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss potatoes with olive oil (enough to coat lightly) and Spice It Up! Bavarian Seasoning in a casserole dish. Spread potatoes out into a single layer. Place in oven and roast for approximately 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Lightly season with salt, if desired.
Add sweet potatoes and quartered onions for a different twist. Reheat leftovers (if there are any!) in a skillet with some oil for easy home fries. Top with an egg and diced tomatoes to elevate this side dish to a main meal.
