Bavarian Roasted Potatoes
    • 1 1/2lbs potatoescut into approximately 1 inch chunks
    • 2tbsp Spice It Up! Bavarian Seasoning
    • 2-3tbsp olive oil
    • Saltoptional
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss potatoes with olive oil (enough to coat lightly) and Spice It Up! Bavarian Seasoning in a casserole dish. Spread potatoes out into a single layer. Place in oven and roast for approximately 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Lightly season with salt, if desired.
    Recipe Notes

    Add sweet potatoes and quartered onions for a different twist. Reheat leftovers (if there are any!) in a skillet with some oil for easy home fries. Top with an egg and diced tomatoes to elevate this side dish to a main meal.
