  • 1 lbs Medium Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Spice It Up Greek Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt To taste

Grilled Greek Shrimp
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill for medium heat. Blot shrimp dry. Thread shrimp onto metal skewers, or wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for one hour to prevent burning. Sprinkle Spice It Up! Greek Seasoning over shrimp then brush with oil. Lightly oil grill grate. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque. Squeeze lemon over the cooked shrimp, gently salt, and serve.
Recipe Notes

Shrimp can be broiled or sautéed. For sauté, add oil to the pan.
