Ingredients
- Rib Eye Steaks
- Cumin
- Black Pepper
- Cooking Oil
- Butter (1 tbsp per steak)
- Spice It Up! Black Truffle Sea Salt (1/8 tsp per tbsp of butter)

Instructions
- For the Butter: Allow butter to soften (not melt). Mix softened butter with Spice It Up! Black Truffle Sea Salt, 1/8 teaspoon salt for each tablespoon of butter.
- For Steaks: Allow steaks to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat grill on high heat for 10 minutes. Lightly brush steaks with oil, then rub with cumin and sprinkle with pepper. Grill for 4-6 minutes on each side. Place on platter to rest for 5 minutes. While resting, top each steak with 1 tablespoon of truffle butter.
Recipe Notes
Delicious on any thick, juicy steak. No need to salt the steak before cooking-the salt in this truffle butter will enhance its flavor when added after the grilling.
