  • Chicken thighs Boneless, skin removed
  • 1 tbsp Spice It up! Harissa per chicken thigh
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt per chicken thigh
  • Cooking Oil for grill

Instructions
  1. Mix Spice It Up! Harissa with yogurt and use to thoroughly coat chicken thighs. Place in container in refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours or up to 2 days.
  2. Preheat grill on med-high. Oil the grates and place the chicken thighs on the grill. Close the cover and cook for 5 minutes, then turn and cook for approximately 5 minutes more. Chicken is done when an internal read thermometer registers 165 degrees F.

Other cuts of chicken would work well in this recipe. Adjust amount of harissa based on your tolerance for heat.
