Mediterranean Grilled Swordfish

Instructions
  1. Brush swordfish with olive oil. Rub enough Spice It Up! Mediterranean Seafood Rub onto fish to lightly coat. Allow fish to rest in refrigerator for 15 minutes while grill is heating. Preheat grill for 10 minutes on med-high heat. Oil the grill grates. Place swordfish on oiled grates, over med-high heat, and close grill cover. Cook for 4-6 minutes. Using tongs, flip and cook another 4-6 minutes, depending on thickness of steaks. Swordfish should be opaque, but not overcooked in order to maintain juiciness.

Spice It Up! Mediterranean Seafood Rub works well with other seafood such as shrimp or salmon. Pair with a crisp white wine.
