Thai Vinagrette on Cucumber Salad

- 1/2 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Spice It Up! Thai Seasoning
- 1 Tbls Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbls Vegetable Oil

Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together, being sure that the honey is fully incorporated into the vinaigrette. Flavors will develop over time, so allow the vinaigrette to sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before enjoying.

Delicious on a salad of crunchy vegetables like snap peas, carrots and celery
Use as a marinade for chicken before grilling
